We tried this place last night and we were pleasantly surprised! The place was packed so reservations are highly recommended, at least in a Saturday night! We were seated right, smack in front of the live musician which we were not thrilled about. We tried to move tables but all other tables were reserved. Fortunately, they have the speakers down very low so the noise level was actually perfect but we were eye to eye with the musician so it felt a little awkward. The manager came and apologized to us and bought our first round of drinks, which was more than he needed to do but we appreciated the gesture for sure. Lesson here: when making your reservation, pick a booth or a high top table! Our waitress, Camille, was amazing from start to finish. She knew the menu well, made excellent recommendations and was super attentive! High points all around for great service! The food was really great too! For drinks, we ordered The Hully (Old Fashioned) and the Italicus Spritz(Aperol Spritz but sweeter). The Hully was super good! For dinner, we started with the fried artichoke hearts which came out fast, hot, and tasty. We then ordered the Lasagna and the Rotisserie Prime Rib. Both were super delicious. The meatballs in the lasagna were so good! The prime rib was smoky and the horseradish sauce was perfect; not too much horseradish and not too much sour cream. It was really great. We also go the sweet and salty brownie with ice cream for dessert. It is topped with a potato chip and is excellent. We will be going back for sure! There are more menu items I want to try.

Great little local upscale restaurant to just go hang have a glass of wine and talk to neighbors. I love the mushroom risotto! Great place to catch up on my emails and have a glass of wine. Thanks to Chris the manager for taking such good care of me at my last visit!

This great restaurant, the food is amazing and really well made. Homemade prime rib and roasted chicken. I had the prime rib French dip with a side of parmesan and garlic fries and it was delicious. I also had the carrot cake which was really good. The French dip was rare and moist and the Anjou dip went perfectly with the sandwich. The service was excellent. My waitress was extremely polite and helpful considering that it was my first time visiting this restaurant and that made the experience that much more enjoyable. The ambiance of this restaurant is very sharp and clean. There are a few other restaurants in the area which are similar in style, but they mostly just phone it in when comes food and service. This place however has great food and service. I will certainly be returning here again in the near future.

We loved this place and definitely will be going back when visiting the area!! Service was great as we sat on the patio! Heaters to keep us warm and garage like windows to look into the restaurant. Live music the night we went. The food was very delicious. Pastas were cooked perfectly!

We showed up without a reservation and the place was packed, they happen to have cancellation and put us at high top in the bar, bonus was sun was setting at backlit the mountain beautifully. Food was Great I had the roasted chicken, so good and portions was well worth the price. My girl did the restaurant week special and had the blackened halibut, delicious! Throughly enjoyed the food and service, we will be back again!

Great views of the McDowell mountains on the patio. The food was fresh and delicious. When you first walk in you see the rotisserie and it's full, just like the restaurant so we had high hopes. The focaccia bread they bring in a hot skillet and it melts in your mouth. They also will bring a neat little table fan to keep the flies away which was a nice touch. For appetizers we tried their meatballs and the avocado & shrimp which both were delicious. Husband had the hot iron filet which was super tender and flavorful, I had the shrimp and pasta which most of it came home with us ~ servings are large. Very nice atmosphere and you really wouldn't know it was here unless you lived up in the area.

Great service from the bar team (Jessica, Lily, Lexi) and a bonus to have the manager team (Kris) making the rounds to ensure satisfaction. We split our new fav the Radiatori Broccoli Rabe, which replaces our old favs of Prime Rib, and the Bistro Steak & Fries. All fresh and promptly served. Nevertheless, it's nearing Summer, so salad season and light eating is upon us. The view from the inside bar or large patio (facing out) adds a cherry on top of the worthy food and service.

Yelp doesn't let me give them a 4.5, which they deserve, so they get a 5. I've been back a lot since my first disappointing visit, and the management and staff are so much better trained and accommodating. Very solid cocktails, pretty yummy food. Mostly comfort food, with a few healthy options. If you like Hillstone, you'll like this...but the view's way better here with the Mcdowells right outside. Great patio too. There is a reason it's packed at Happy Hour.

This is our new "GOTO" happy hour. The place is always hopping with indoor and outdoor seating. They have a large happy hour menu and a full additional menu for dinner. Our server today was Stephanie and she was absolutely excellent. We just had some quick snacks but you can order anything here and not go wrong! The vibe is always fun & although it is an older clientele, its still pleasing to the eye.

We've lived in the area 20 years, watched this restaurant change at least 4x and this is by far the BEST! Went for Happy Hour on a Thurs., filled up really quickly and servers were plentiful. Hostess literally greeted us outside and welcomed us in. Our server was excellent; she was friendly and brought our drinks right away, took our food order. Hubby had the sliders (yum) and I had the chk wraps; prob. wouldn't order that item again but nice flavor. Just didn't like the consistency of the mix (personal pref.) I love how the art changed in here, classy and really liked the rose murals in the restroom. Also the new tables/chairs were nice and the whole rest. was super clean. We look forward to going back for dinner soon!
